Obviously we've all been pulled in from different worlds. Or different points in time, I guess, for some of you, and I've been wondering, where is everyone else from? What's your world like? That sort of thing.

My name's Will Parry, and I've volunteered to assist in the infirmary with the rest of you. So, who else is working here, exactly?

Yes. I'm guessing you've got the show then?

Yeah. I didn't exactly watch it, but everyone knows Doctor Who.

[toldastory]

So I've heard. But yeah, that's where I'm from.

[becauseheswill]

Have you seen the show? Or, one of the shows, I guess, there are a lot of them.

[toldastory]

No. I've not, just know I'm from it and played by a woman called Freema and that the Doctor's called "David Tennant."

[becauseheswill]

I can't imagine what that must be like. Does that happen often here?

[toldastory]

It can be difficult. And more often than any of us would like. I'm trying to be better about things after Paddy told me off for it, though.

But I've the largest movie collection aboard.

Paddy?

[toldastory]

He was the bloke who used to run the kitchen. But his inmate graduated and he's moved on now.

[becauseheswill]

I can see why someone would be upset about strangers knowing details of their lives. I just sort of can't believe something like that exists.

[toldastory]

It can be a bit tough, yeah. The way I look at is is that someone thought the story of my life was good enough to write down. I can't fault them for thinking I'm interesting.

I guess I'd just rather keep some things private.
